This is one Beautiful Rollerball Pen. The Roman Harvest Rollerball is milled out of a Wild Cherry wood blank with great accuracy so that it blends with the Gold Titanium and Rhodium accents plating.

The Roman harvest accent and superb balance of this Pen makes this a favorite among those who prefer larger, heftier desk pens. The fast-action thread found on the Roman Harvest pen guarantees silky smooth operation and requires only 2 turns to attach or remove the pen cap. The Clip and the Cap along with the Pen Band exhibit the exquisite Rhodium plated accents that make up this impressive pen. The combination of the Titanium Gold plating along with the Rhodium plating will give you many years of service.

I used a Wild Cherry pen blank to bring out the beautiful finish on the hardware. The process I used on this Roller Ball, included sanding from 150 grits to 600. I then apply an acrylic finished by using a cyanoacrylate glue (CA) and then wet sand with Micro Mesh pads up to 12000 grits. Finally I polish the blanks and then apply a mild coating of a Micro-Crystalline fossil wax. This will protect from moisture, fingerprints and heat.

The pen measures approximately 5 3/8 inches. It has a good feel to it and it is pretty well balanced. It writes very smooth with the installed Schmidt 888 cartridge. This one is definitely a winner. Enjoy! (NN15-32B )
