The construction of these pens begin when I put the blank on my lathe and carefully turned the profiled, by avoiding chipping on the barrel. Each blank will look different, since each one is uniquely and individually turned. They are then polished and finished with micro mesh up to 12000 grits , follow by buffing with Renaissance Wax, a wax that is highly resistant to heat and finger prints and stays crystal clear.
