This Classic GATSBY Rattle Snake skin pen has a single tube design that looks great and easy to write with. A simple twist of the cap section and you're in action. It uses a parker style refill for smooth dependable writing.
This pen was carefully made from a casted Black Tail Rattle Snake skin from El Paso Texas.-- CHIHUANHUAN DESERT . I casted this lovely rattlesnake skin by taking great effort in eliminated air bubbles and creating a beautiful blank. The blank was created to match the specifications of the GATSBY hardware . As , I then put the blank on my lathe and carefully turned the profiled, by avoiding chipping. It was polished with micro mesh up to 12000 grits. I then completed the buffing with Renaissance Wax, a wax that is highly resistant to heat and finger prints and stays crystal clear
This pen is definitely an eye opener. everything blends nicely and will make a very nice gift or present to that Outdoorsman , special friend and family. Please enjoy!
